1. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of Visa Europe Services Inc, the Greater London Authority (GLA), Transport for London (or any of its subsidiaries), the London Development Agency, the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime, the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority or their advisers, agents and/or anyone connected with the organisation of this promotion. If you are using your work computer you may need to obtain your employer’s permission prior to entering. The winners will need to be able to provide proof of identity and age with picture.
2. No purchase is necessary for participation in this prize draw.
3. Participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw by completing the sign up form (via ’SIGN UP ’ button) available at www.molpresents.com (“the Entry Process”). Complete the online form and click the ‘I confirm I have read and agree to the terms and conditions’ box (which is a mandatory condition of entry) to indicate your acceptance of the “SIGN UP” terms and conditions. The GLA shall not be responsible for late, lost or delayed entries or network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind that may delay or restrict entry into the competition.
4. If you do not wish to participate in the prize draw for London 2012 Olympic Games tickets, please tell us in writing by return of email (Molpresents@london.gov.uk) by midnight Friday 13 July 2012.
Only one entry may be made per person. Entry into the prize draw begins on Friday 25 May 2012 (“the Opening Date’), and runs for 49 days until Friday 13 July 2012, midnight (“the Closing Date”). Entries must be submitted no later midnight on Friday 13 July 2012.
5. The prize pool for the prize draw comprises 15 pairs of tickets to the London 2012 Olympic Games:
•The prize draw will take place on Monday 16 July.
There will be one winner per pair of tickets so there will be 15 winners in total.
6. Entrants that have completed the Entry Process prior to the Opening Date will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
7. The winners will be the individuals whose entry forms are the first drawn at random under independent supervision from Monday 16 July up until the prize pool for each draw is exhausted.
8. The winners will be notified by email within three working days of the close of the prize draw. The names of the winners will be posted on the website from 20 July 2012 for a period of three months.
9. The prizes will be sent to the winners at their addresses (which will be requested by the email noted at clause 8 above) before the start of the London 2012 Olympic Games on Friday 27 July 2012. The winners may be required to take part in promotional activities.
10. The promoter of the prize draw is the GLA of City Hall, the Queen’s Walk, London SE1 2AA. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prizes with a prize of equivalent or higher value in the event of circumstances outside of its control. There is no cash alternative to prizes.
12. Clicking on the ‘I confirm I have read and agree to the terms and conditions’ box is a mandatory condition of entry. It will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. The GLA reserves the right to refuse to award prizes to anyone found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. Employees of Visa Europe Services, the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, the International Olympic Committee or any agencies connected to them cannot take part in the promotion.
14. The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games and the International Olympic Committee are not liable for anything arising out of this promotion.
15. All tickets are issued subject to London 2012’s terms and conditions of ticket purchase, available on the website www.tickets.london2012.com
